I love all your books and read all the ones I got in German... Now I want many more of them, so I have to go on reading in English, even if I do not understand every single word... Would be happy if you released something in Germany again soon... :-) Thanks for your great work!!! Claire

Dear Jayne: Love your books, my favourits are written under your Amanda Quick they are very intertaining, but I do love them all, I was wondering how do you come up with your ideas about all the things you write? Unless your own live is that exciting and you are a great romantic you must have an amazing imagination, and I thought I did. Thanks for all the enjoyment I am a great reader and it was a wonderful day when I discovered you and your writings. Love to hear from you. God Bless, Regards, Anna L

So guess who is hooked on "Dallas and Roarke" yep you guessed it. Now its a line up to read the lastest one that came out.(of course he's last) And it's a good thing that mom is a fast reader.

Just surfed in today, after having already made the acquaintance of sites of futurisic romance specialists Linnea Sinclair and Susan Grant. Loved SWEET STARFIRE, CRYSTAL FLAME and SHIELD'S LADY when they first came out (I'm an old sf fan, and wrote you a few times back in snail mail days), but I see from your blog that apparently nobody else did. The market's a lot better for that subgenre now, I see, but you've moved on, so I won't ask you to go back to the future. You may have noticed that Grant created a shared world series with 2176, inviting other writers to take part. I'd always SHIELD'S LADY (#4 on an SFR list at Amazon.com by Myshkin ["#1 futuristic romance fan"], right behind CRYSTAL FLAME) deserved a sequel or could have become the basis of a shared world series. Probably too late now, but.... Got to catch up with some of your other stuff. So much to read, so little time. Especially now as a married man playing at amateur and (hopefully) pro fiction. --JJP

I am 34 years old, NEVER read a book and finished it, I recently had trouble sleeping and I was given the book Mystique From a women I had worked with. I left it sit on my dresser untill one night like usual I couldnt sleep. I picked the book up and started to read, I had a hard time putting it down after I started to read it. I read the book every night before bed and finished it. I was sooo EXCITED with this book. I loved it and went out today and purchased another, I will enjoy this one as much as the 1st I am certain of it. In my mind the book was so excited that for me it was as if I was watching a movie in my mind, I pictured everything. FANTASTIC!!

Here's the review I left over at amazon.com. Stayed up all night long reading "All Night Long"!. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Vintage Krentz, January 9, 2006 Reviewer: M. Garland (Columbia, PA USA) - See all my reviews I rarely buy hardbacks for several reasons. Too expensive, too hard to read while lying in bed, don't fit in my purse to take with me in the car, etc. However, there are 2 or 3, maybe 4, authors whose books I will buy in HB for the simple reason that I enjoy their work and don't want to wait for the paperback version. Krentz is one of those. Along with Nora Roberts, Mary Balogh and, sometimes, Teresa Medeiros. A big plus for me is I got this one with a Christmas gift certificate and it came right away. Love Amazon.com! Parts of the story reminded me of the older Seattle books that I love so much. Us against the family sort of thing. But the dialogue sparkles. The plot is good even tho the villain is pretty much identified ahead of time. No problem. The other villain is an ick and deserves whatever happens to him. The subject of his "little problem" was handled very tastefully. It could have been really gross and a turn off. Irene and Luke are a perfect pair. Luke's approach to being an inn keeper is cute (ncluding requiring guests to furnish their own toilet paper!) I like that he and Irene just accept each other without all the angst that I sometimes find annoying romance novels. They understand each other. The ED thing his family thinks is one of his problems is sort of funny but not belabored. One thing Krentz never does is write down to her readers. She just assumes we get it. Bless her heart. I hate having the h/h's reasons for whatever they are doing/feeling pointed out to me on every other page. BTW, In the review from Publisher's Weekly by an anonymous reviewer, he/she got the name of the town wrong and wondered if it was a nod to an Amanda Quick character. Uh. No. The town is named Dunsley. Not Dunster as the reviewer thought. I'm not even sure the town is in Napa Vallley. Luke's family's vineyard is, but... Makes me wonder if that person actually read the book. Oh well. I also bless JAK that she doesn't write a sex manual for us just to fill in a few pages. I think we all know what part goes where and how. We don't need whole chapters describing every loving/lusting detail. I like to use my imagination, frankly. I do have one. So, hooray for JAK. She's come through again for us, her devoted readers. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
